Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across all 7 Emirates. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
How do I add my name?
Type the name, initial or names in the box on the product page, exactly as you want them engraved. English and Arabic names are both welcome.
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made to order. Our team confirms your order and the expected delivery date on WhatsApp after you place it.
Can I return a personalised piece?
Personalised pieces are made for you, so they cannot be returned for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged or with a spelling we got wrong, we will make it right. Please see our Return Policy.
Will the jewellery tarnish?
Our pieces are made from stainless steel with a gold or silver finish. Keep them dry and away from perfume to keep the shine for longer.
